Professional Coaching Evaluator
Upload a coaching session transcript or recording. Calibrate analyses it against ICF competency standards and returns a structured, evidence-based developmental report.
ACC · PCC · MCC — all three credential levels supported
How it works
01
Paste a transcript, upload a .txt or .docx file, or load an audio recording. Anonymise names before uploading — we remind you at every step.
02
Select the ICF credential level — ACC, PCC, or MCC — that best reflects where you are or where you want to assess yourself against.
03
A structured 10-section report with timestamped evidence, competency ratings, role drift detection, and a personalised Mentor Coaching Upgrade Plan.

Our commitment
Every session contains fragments of real life. We require full anonymisation of all transcripts and explicit written consent before any audio is uploaded. This is not a formality — it is an act of respect.
Content you upload is processed in real time and not stored. There are no session databases, no data collection, no use of your content to train models. You have the right to know — and now you do.
Calibrate cannot perceive silence, sense presence, or hear what was not said. It recognises linguistic and behavioural patterns — rigorously. Knowing what it can and cannot offer is part of using it well.
Calibrate's evaluations are periodically reviewed by a panel of MCC-level assessors. They independently rate the same anonymised sessions the tool has evaluated. Where systematic divergences emerge, the evaluation model is refined. This is how we ensure the tool stays honest.
Calibrate is not owned by any certifying body and has no institutional affiliations. It was built by a coaching professional for coaching professionals — regardless of accreditation path, school of origin, or approach practised. The goal is to widen access to reflective practice, not create new hierarchies.
